Bananas

There is a reason why bananas are recommended as an energy food for marathon runners. They are easily digestible and they don’t upset the stomach. This fruit helps with upset stomach because it contains pectin, an ingredient that helps to naturally strengthen the capital.

Papaya

This tropical fruit stimulates and facilitates digestion and helps in constipation. The “magic” is in the enzyme papain and chymopapain that help in digestion of proteins and coating the stomach, allowing healthy acidic environment. If you are unable to obtain fresh papaya, you can always find tablets with extract of papaya in every pharmacy or shop for supplements.

White Rice

White rice does not burden the already sensitive digestive system and helps in diarrhea because it absorbs fluids from the body.


Ginger
