Meditate 5 minutes a day

The most important thing is to set aside five minutes of the working day for meditation. Start slowly, find your way to meditate. Disconnect from technology, from colleagues, from noise. Find a quiet place where you have at least five minutes to concentrate on deep breathing. After 30 days of practice this method you will notice improved concentration and greater humility in the workplace.

Write down 3 good things that happened to you

You can start making you remember the good things you have done or happened to you. The positive affirmation to train the brain to focus on the positive and to convey to all around you. When you are dissatisfied you automatically point the only bad things and repeat them until you are obsessed. Believe the positive in you and around you.

Do one good deed

The generosity toward others make us feel better. The way the positive psychology is that: “The more you do for others, the better your returns. These good deeds must be sincere and concrete to achieve your goal. You do not have to have favored colleague to work, but you can always give you best to be pleasant, constructive and professional.
