How To Make Alkaline Water To Fight Fatigue, Digestive Issues And Cancer

Many people are unaware just how important to the body it is to keep  it alkalized.

Many of the foods we eat and other lifestyle factors can lead to our bodies become too acidic.

When in an acidic state, the body becomes more susceptible to diseases from common infections to cancer.

One great way to ensure you stay alkalized is to drink alkaline water. The pH scale goes from 0-14, 0 being purely acid and 14 pure alkali. Alkaline water that is going to benefit you should have a pH level of around 8 or 9.

Symptoms of having a body too rich in acids include weigh gain, indigestion and chronic tiredness.

Alkaline research goes all the way back to 1931 when Dr. Otto Warburg discovered that nearly 95% of all cancer cases are caused due the body harboring too much acid. He found that cancer cells simply cannot survive in an alkaline environment. This groundbreaking work won him the Nobel prize for Medicine.

Many of us today are at risk of poisoning our bodies with acidic foods which are readily and easily available to those of us with bust lifestyles. Pre-packaged foods, foods high in sugar and alcohol all have the tendency to up our acid levels.

Thankfully, your alkaline levels can be replenished by taking alkaline water.

How to make your own alkaline water

Ingredients:

  • 1 organic lemon
  • 2 L of purified water
  • 1 tablespoon Himalayan salt
  • 1 large glass jar (glass, not plastic must be used to eradicate the possibility of contamination from the plastic )

Directions:

  • Fill the glass jar with the water
  • Slice the lemon and add it to the water. (do not squeeze out the juice)
  • Add the Himalayan salt.
  • Cover the jar and leave it at room temperature for 12-24 hours.

Your alkaline water is now ready to drink. For best results drink 3 glasses on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning.
