Boil Bananas Before Bed, Drink The Liquid And You Will Not Believe What Happens To Your Sleep!

There is nothing worse than not being able to get to sleep when we go to bed. I mean, we have had a hard day and know we have to be up early the next morning. We feel tired, but we just can’t switch off – and it drives us insane.

But there is a solution to this very common problem…

Sleep experts suggest that irregular sleeping patterns or even insomnia can be triggered from factors such as depression, stress and anxiety.

Pain medications, antihistamines and other medicines can also contribute to sleep loss. Some medications make you drowsy at first, which you think “great”  but they also trigger frequent bathroom trips or anxiety later, which both disturb your shut eye.

So what’s the magical remedy to the problem so many of us face, you ask?

Banana Tea.

Bananas, especially the peels, are loaded with potassium and magnesium.

Magnesium helps prevent sleep disturbances, and when combined with potassium they work together to help relax muscles. Believe it or not, magnesium is the most powerful relaxation mineral known to man!

It’s easier to make than you think too…

All you need is a banana, some water and a sprinkle of cinnamon!

Simply  cut off both ends of the banana and place it, peel and all, into boiling water. Boil it for around 10 minutes.

Using a colander, pour the water into a mug, sprinkle the cinnamon into the tea and drink it one hour before bed time.

After the banana has been boiled, sprinkle some cinnamon over it. Eating the warm, gooey fruit and its peel along with the tea will increase its soothing effects and will taste totally delicious! Yum!

When you go to bed, you will notice yourself drifting away gently and easily – this is no joke, you need to give it a try!
