Here’s how to get rid of a double chin in just a few days

Prepare for these exercises by doing a head rotation and nodding your head up and down.

1. Kiss the stars

In right position, lift your chin and put lips for up to 20 seconds.

2. Roaring lion

Open your mouth as more as you can and stretch your tongue out in an attempt to reach your chin. Hold it for a few seconds, and repeat.

3. Door hinge

Look up and open your jaw for a few seconds than close your mouth. Repeat few times.

4. Whistle at the sky

While sitting upright, lift your chin up and push your lips in a whistling position. Hold in this position for up to 20 seconds.

5. Goldfish face

Pull your cheeks in as you lift up your chin. Hold it for a few seconds.

6. Inflate the balloon

Puff up your cheeks to its maximum and hold it for 20 seconds.

7. Resist the fist
